Our institutional client tasked us with meeting the specific ADA accessibility requirements for these patients. The project encompassed essential features such as a sprinkler system, a new water main, a fire alarm system, interior gutting, and releveling of the entire first floor. We also installed a new kitchen, HVAC systems, Hoyer lifts, and low threshold roll-in showers. Despite facing challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic, including timeline delays and supply chain issues, we achieved the project's successful completion.
